Winter Fun List

In New England, it is important to have fun ideas at the ready during all seasons so I created this Winter Fun List free printable. Please enjoy this list and let me know if you complete the list or of any activities you add.

One of the activities listed is Make a Stale Bread Bird Feeder. Please see the instructions below:

Items Required:

• Stale Bread (if fresh leave out overnight)
• Peanut butter or vegetable shortening, if nut-free
• Bird Seed
• String

Instructions:

1. Pop a hole through your stale bread with a straw
2. Pull string through bread and tie a knot making a circle to hang the feeder
3. Slather each side of bread with nut butter or shortening
4. Coat bread with bird seeds
5. Hang bread from tree
6. Watch birds enjoy
